1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClipQuiz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Copyright Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClipQuiz provides free online guessing quizzes in image, crop, and audio formats. Users can play curated quizzes, view percentile rankings, and create their own quizzes without an account. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ClipQuiz. Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. User-Generated Content
When you create a quiz, you grant ClipQuiz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your quiz content on the platform. You retain ownership of your original content. Quizzes that pass automated validation are published immediately. You are solely responsible for quizzes you submit. You must not upload content that: • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property • Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats • Is sexually explicit or promotes violence • Contains malware, spam, or misleading information • Violates any applicable law We may remove content automatically or at our discretion without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
ClipQuiz's name, logo, website design, and original seed quiz content are owned by ClipQuiz. Third-party trademarks, images, and media referenced in quizzes belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and educational purposes. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, see our Copyright Policy or email jwon9798@gmail.com with a DMCA notice.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: • Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload the Service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Circumvent quiz mechanics or manipulate rankings • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
7. Content Moderation
User reports are processed automatically. Quizzes with multiple reports may be hidden or removed without manual review. Users can report quizzes via the in-app report button. Repeat violators may have quiz creation restricted.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIPQUIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may request deletion of your user-created quizzes by contacting jwon9798@gmail.com.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
