Quiz sets created by the ClipQuiz editorial team use public-domain images, country flags (via flagcdn.com), Wikimedia Commons media, and NASA public-domain imagery. We make good-faith efforts to use properly licensed content.
User-Generated Content
Users who create quizzes represent that they own or have permission to use all uploaded content. Quizzes that pass automated validation publish immediately. ClipQuiz responds to reports and valid copyright complaints automatically or via email.
DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on ClipQuiz infringes your copyright, send a notice to jwon9798@gmail.com including: 1. Your full name and contact information 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed 3. The URL of the infringing quiz on ClipQuiz 4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized 5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized agent 6. Your physical or electronic signature We will remove or disable access to the material and notify the quiz creator when appropriate.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your quiz was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to jwon9798@gmail.com with your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate quiz creation privileges for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights after receiving valid notices.
