Community Guidelines
ClipQuiz is a community platform. These guidelines help keep it safe, legal, and fun for everyone. They apply to all user-created quizzes.
Respect Others
Do not create quizzes containing hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, or content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Only upload content you created or have explicit permission to use. Do not use: • Copyrighted music, movie stills, or TV screenshots • Celebrity photographs without authorization • Brand logos used in a misleading way • Content from other quiz sites without permission Educational use of public-domain images and facts is encouraged. When in doubt, use your own photos or Wikimedia Commons media. User submissions in Music, Movies, Anime, and Memes categories are blocked automatically due to high copyright risk.
No Harmful Content
Prohibited content includes: • Sexually explicit material or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) • Graphic violence or gore • Instructions for illegal activities • Malware links or phishing attempts • Spam, scams, or misleading quizzes
Accurate and Fair Quizzes
Write clear questions with fair accepted answers. Include common alternate spellings. Do not create trick questions designed to mislead players. Add hints when answers may be ambiguous. For crop questions, use a zoom level between 18% and 75% so players can reasonably guess.
Image and Link Rules
Use direct https:// image URLs only. Social media hotlinks (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) are not allowed. Audio questions are paused until our copyright review is complete.
Enforcement
Quizzes that pass automated checks publish immediately. Violations may result in automatic hiding or removal when reported. Report violations via the in-app button. Copyright reports may hide a quiz after a single report; other reports hide after multiple reports.
